The idea behind Hot Krust is really simple. Fresh made panini sandwiches using high quality products at affordable prices.
And if "fresh made" is part of Hot Krust Panini Kitchen koncept, processed meats should not be part of our panini. Therefore, the decision was made and the mission became to "Kreate" a panini using ONLY freshly roasted meats.
My Hot Krust Rewards ("Program") is a new reward program offered by Hot Krust, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Hot Krust”). In order to become a member of the Program (“Member”), you must enroll on the Hot Krust website by providing your full name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code.
Member Account Information
Members may log in to the Hot Krust website at www.hotkrust.com at any time to view their account, profile information, point balance and earned rewards. Members will receive a My Wei Rewards Member number ("Member Number") upon successful enrollment which is unique to the Member. The Member Number will be used to track purchase activity toward program rewards and benefits described herein. Members can access their My Wei Rewards account on www.hotkrust.com using the email address or phone number and password that is associated to their Hot Krust account. Members may not maintain more than one My Wei Rewards account. In the event that more than one account number is assigned to the same individual, the duplicate account may be terminated.
Members will earn ten (10) points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating Hot Krust locations. In order for a Member to earn those points, his/her phone number or account number must be provided to the server upon payment. Eligible purchases exclude purchases made with third party ordering services, the purchase of Hot Krust gift cards, taxes, surcharges, rewards, comps, tips and promos. Points earned from eligible purchases are calculated based on the price of eligible purchases multiplied by ten (10) then rounded to the nearest whole number. Points are non-transferrable. Points expire if a Member does not earn any points within a twelve (12) month period or if a Member does not earn a Reward within a two (2) year period.
If Members do not provide a valid phone number or account number upon payment, Members can request that the points for a previous purchase be retroactively credited to their account with information contained from the applicable receipt and if the request is made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase. Retroactive credits are not available without proof of purchase and are subject to receipt of credit in Hot Krust’s sole discretion.
Upon accumulating one thousand (1,000) points in the Program, Member will automatically receive a Free Entrée Reward (“Reward”). Member point balance will be decreased by one thousand (1,000) points upon receiving the Reward. Reward will automatically be applied to Member’s next purchase. Rewards may be redeemed for a free eligible Entrée (“Eligible Free Entrée”), which may be subject to change without notice, at all participating Hot Krust locations. Subject to a Member providing the Member’s account number or the phone number associated with the Member’s account, the Reward will be automatically applied as a credit for the highest priced Eligible Free Entrée on a Member’s check. Only one Reward may be redeemed per check and no more than one Reward may be redeemed per Member per visit. Rewards will automatically expire forty-five (45) days after receipt of the Reward.
By participating in the Program, Member is opting in to receive transactional Program communications sent by email. Members can update their email address on the "My Personal Info" page on the Hot Krust website. It is the Member's sole responsibility to keep his or her email address current and up-to-date. Consent to receive Program and transactional communications electronically will continue to be valid until the Member revokes consent by terminating Membership in the Program. Members may choose at any time to opt in and opt out of receiving electronic communications that contain marketing messages by unsubscribing or changing their email preferences by logging into their online account.
